The Sims 4 will soon be hitting shelves, which means you’ll lose your loved ones (again) to the virtual families that inhabit EA’s best-selling virtual paradise.
The latest instalment is brimming with new features, such as an all-new Build Mode:

Now that’s what we call hours of fun.
The Sims have also been labeled as ‘smarter’, meaning they have emotional capabilities, which will lead to deeper, richer and weirder stories.
Who knew hysterical was an emotion? Anyway! What’s most intriguing about the upcoming release is its online presence. The worlds of gaming and social media aren’t exactly strangers, but EA’s Gone with the Sims (#GWTS) campaign is combining the two like never before.
The social media sitcom stars four residents of Willow Creek – a fictional Sims neighbourhood – who will be interacting with each other via individual Twitter accounts. So far we’ve seen ‘Good sim in a m.a.a.a.d city’ Roi turn up the heat with fellow Sim Lavinia:
